Dr. Waeibrorheem Waemustafa has his Master of Business Administration MBA and Doctorate holder from Universiti Utara Malaysia UUM in the area of Islamic banking, credit risk and Gharar or uncertainty. He has his industrial experience in tourism business and entrepreneurship in related field. Graduated from Aligarh Muslim University AMU (India) his deep thoughts and steadily acquired filed knowledge made him to contribute as the main author of several manuscripts. Currently, Dr. Waeibrorheem Waemustafa is a visiting senior lecturer in School of Economics, Finance and Banking. As a researcher, He is an active in researches, writer and consultant in the field of conventional and Islamic banking credit risk, merger and acquisitions, capital structure, financial leverage, debt structure and entrepreneurship. Academically, he received his PhD in Islamic and conventional banking.

He has experienced teaching in Open Universiti Malaysia (OUM) since 2007 on the following subjects for undergraduates programs namely Information Technology for Management, Introductory Compensation Management, E-Commerce, Bank Management, Organization and Environment, Strategic Management, Hazard Management, Consumer Behavior, Introductory to marketing communication, Business Research method, Introductory Industrial Relation, Introductory Marketing, Marketing management and Strategy, Introductory Human Resource Management, Marketing Management II, International Marketing, International Human Resource Management, Introductory International Business and Relationship Marketing. Dr. Muhammad Salman Shabbir has more than 9 years of teaching, research, administrative, and strategic level experience in higher education. He has been involved in establishing many educational and business projects. Besides his professional achievements, he is authored of several research papers in entrepreneurship, learning organization, leadership and skills development.

I have attained my Ph.D. in Finance from the Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS), International Islamic University, Islamabad in May 2017. Prior to my PhD I received M Phil in International Finance from Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, United Kingdom in 2002. I did MBA in Information Technology from Hamdard University, Islamabad, which enabled me to deepen by understanding in finance, marketing and behavior of industry.

Since 2008, I am associated with teaching and research, as an Assistant Professor at International Islamic University Islamabad. I have enjoyed this assignment and found it intellectually exciting and challenging. My research interest lies in International Finance and International Trade. I have ten research publications to my credit, all of them in business, management and finance journals.

I joined the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as an Assistant Director in 2004. I worked in the Professional Services and Policy Division which involved research and analytical work on the securities market, corporate finance and corporate law issues. Furthermore, in the Specialized Companies Division, I worked with Modaraba Wing where I had drafted regulations for Islamic Financial Services (Non-Banking) Companies in 2007. I also worked with National Data Base and Registration Authority and Al-Baraka Islamic Bank B.S.C (E.C).

Nadeem joined AUT University in February 2017 as Lecturer in Accounting. He completed his Ph.D. from Lincoln University in just 2.5 years. His doctoral Thesis investigated the efficiency of Intellectual Capital and its link with firm performance in Developed, Emerging and Frontier markets of the World. As a result of his research, Nadeem proposed a new model to measure the efficiency of intellectual capital. He then tested that model on ten developed and emerging markets, and produced more consistent results, compared to previous studies in the literature.

Nadeem brings with him more than five years of teaching experience, including at Lincoln University and University of Central Punjab, Pakistan, along with industry experience as assistant accounts & finance manager.

Nadeem has presented his research work in international conferences such as European conference on Intellectual Capital (ECIC), Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) and has published in ranked journals including, Journal of Cleaner Production, Australian Accounting Review and Pacific Accounting Review

Saralah Devi Mariamdaran Chethiyar (Sara) equipped with Bachelor of Psychology (Industrial & Organisational Psychology) from University Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia (UMS) and Master’s in Counselling from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia (UM). Born on 20 March 1979 and brought up in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan loves to deal with children, youth and women Psychology till awarded as a young social activist in 2004 by Vida magazine and CRC (Children Resource Center) of Sri Lanka in 2010 for emphasizing counselling skills.  As a matured and reliable person, who is efficient in many areas of work, also developed excellent communication skills, which motivates me into being a more competent person untill involved in Criminal Counselling and Psychology from Univerisiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia (UUM) to complete the war of education in PhD. With PhD in Correctional Science (Counselling & Psychology, 2013) encouraged me to start my lecturing in UUM as a senior lecturer (DS51) and it is a smart and creative idea as a 3^rd career placement after experienced various scopes of jobs. As a capable person of following instructions of a responsible job whilst remaining willing and enthusiastic to learn new skills also jumped out from academic world an involved in sports like Archery, Squash and Horse Riding. Besides acting as Philosophical Doctorate in academic for past nine (9) years; also granted as an Archery State Judge and the best UUM female runner of 2012.

Dr. Tahir Masood is a research-oriented academic professional and his interest in finding practical solutions for the industry make him a regular consultant and trainer for the corporate world. Dr. Masood has 36 research contributions in journals of repute, in addition to two books and 15 international conference presentations. Being a member of world high ranked societies like Academy of Management and Society of Human Resource Management, he is actively functioning different roles as a reviewer, session chair and doctoral examiner. In an entrepreneurial capacity, he organizes numerous conferences, symposiums, and training for academia and industry. He has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, along with World Bank/IFCToT and ToMT Certifications.

Dr. Aqeel Israr is associated with NUST business school in the capacity of Assistant Professor. He has been associated with teaching and research for over 8 years. He completed his PhD in the field of Entrepreneurship from Universiti Utara Malaysia, “Eminent Management University”. His areas of interest include Entrepreneurship, Education, Teaching Methodology, Employability and specific areas in Marketing. Dr Aqeel Israr is also a Certified Master Trainer from Higher Education Commission, Pakistan

Dr. Arshad Hassan is an Associate professor of finance with consulting, research and teaching experiences in corporate reporting, corporate finance, portfolio management and financial risk management.Dr. Hassan is certified cost and management accountant and has 10 years of experience of working as professional accountant/auditor in public as well as private sector. He also holds membership of various professional bodies in accounting and finance.He is the member of faculty board/Research Board of many prestigious institutions. Dr. Hassan’s research and writings covers a variety of topics ranging from asset pricing to Islamic Finance. He has more than 20 papers published in refereed academic journals to his credit.He has also presented number of research paper at academic /professional conferences in Pakistan, Turkey and USA. He is on editorial boards of various local and international indexed journals.

Dr. Irfan Saleem is working as Director BBA-Program and HEC approved supervisor. He obtained his PhD from Sorbonne Business School Paris. Prior to joining UCP, he was affiliated with Groupe de Recherche en Gestion des Organisations, Paris and Institut de Recherche en Gestion des Organisations, Bordeaux. Dr. Saleem has fifteen years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published with journals including Corporate Governance, Journal of Behavioural Sciences and Journal of Cleaner Production, edited a book and serving as editor for Int. J. of Governance and Financial Intermediation. His research interests include behavioural corporate governance, OB and leadership.

Dr. Sayyid Salman Rizavi is serving as Director General and Associate Professor at the University of the Punjab Gujranwala Campus. He has earned PhD in Economics from University of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, France. Prior to his PhD, he did Master in Quantitative Economics, University of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, France, Master in Computer Sciences from University of the Punjab, Lahore (Pakistan), Master of Philosophy in Economics (M. Phil) from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad (Pakistan) and Master in Economics from University of the Punjab, Lahore (Pakistan). He has more than 22 years of teaching and research experience. He has taught a range of subjects in the field of economics including Micro Economics, Macroeconomics, and Econometrics at graduate and postgraduate level. He has numerous research papers in well reputed international journals and presented in international conferences held at France, Germany, Hungary and Italy. He is also author of a book “Introduction to Economics”, approved and recommended by Higher Education Commission in Pakistan for graduation level in Commerce. In addition to this book he has also contributed a chapter in a book in French Language: Travail et Genre; Regards Croises France Europe, Amerique latin : Chapitre: Travail domestique et organisation des temps de vie dans les ménages : une comparaison international, (Language: French), La Decouverte, Paris, 2008.
